Our Service allows creators to publish profile pages containing links to third-party platforms. ugcfans.link does not store or serve any content depicting sexual conduct. We do not require record-keeping under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because we are not a “producer” as defined under that statute.
Third-Party Platforms
Links on creator profiles may point to third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans or Fansly) that do host such content. Those platforms maintain their own § 2257 compliance documentation. ugcfans.link has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content hosted on those third-party sites.
